1. Description of Service

AhenteCRM ("the Platform"), developed by Code Ninjas PH by CDG ("we," "us," or "our"), is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist car sales agents in managing leads, tracking vehicle renewals, and organizing sales workflows.

2. IMPORTANT: No Financial Advice or Service

AhenteCRM is NOT a financial institution, bank, or lending agency. We do not provide car loans, financing, or credit. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

Any tools provided on the Platform, including the "Lead Score," "Qualification Checklist," or renewal calculators, are for organizational and estimation purposes only.

3. Bank Loan Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • No Guarantee of Approval: The use of AhenteCRM, including achieving a high "Lead Score" or completing a "Qualification Checklist," does NOT guarantee that a client or lead will be approved for a car loan or any form of financing by a third-party bank.
  • Independent Third-Party Decisions: All financing decisions are made solely and independently by the respective banks or financial institutions based on their own internal criteria. We have no influence over, nor responsibility for, these decisions.
  • Liability Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law (Consumer Act), Code Ninjas PH by CDG shall NOT be held liable for any damages resulting from:
    • The rejection of a car loan application by any bank.
    • Any loss of commission or profit arising from a failed loan application.
    • Any impact on a client's credit rating.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the Platform. You must ensure that you have obtained the explicit consent from your clients before entering their personal information into AhenteCRM, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform are the exclusive property of Code Ninjas PH by CDG and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the Philippines.
