AhenteCRM is fully committed to ensuring compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines and international standards for data protection.
Name, email, mobile number, password hashes, and professional or dealership details provided directly during registration.
Information entered manually by agents about their clients (Name, contact details, vehicle preferences, and basic financial status for qualification checklists).
CS numbers, plate numbers, and registration or insurance renewal dates to generate system alerts.
Anonymized website visits, browser information, and interactive metrics collected to monitor performance and improve the platform.
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription and account status.
Upon account termination or closure: we will permanently delete or securely anonymize all user and lead data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is legally mandated by Philippine authorities for taxation, accounting, or auditing compliance.

In the event of a data breach: We maintain strict reporting procedures. In accordance with National Privacy Commission (NPC) circulars, we will notify the NPC and affected individuals within 72 hours of verification if a breach poses a risk to sensitive personal info.
